Yarn in Richmond

So Saturday night, we met at the flat for a nice dinner and headed out to see Yarn play. The band was really great, we highly recommend them. In the morning, we went to breakfast to a cool place, walking distance. Thank you guys for such a good time! Thanks much Wayne and Susan for letting me crash at your place!

I got your funny phone message this morning driving back from a fun weekend at Blackwater. Sounded like you were having a good time-sorry I missed! I got to downhill Friday with my dad and uncle then X-country at Whitegrass Sat. I actually went down the wrong slope and went down a double black diamond!!! I made it with out falling and enjoyed it so much I went again! Yea for me!! Hope to see you soon!

Yes, it was a blast with Yarn last night! What a great band! FOJ kept the party going there with much dancing and good cheer. Wow! Sounds like you had a great time in WV, Nathan! Let's get a group together to go back before the season is over! How about it?

LOL I knew you could easily go down the double blacks! See! Glad you also had a good time with your family. At least you had enough snow to cross-country ski this time, that's a big plus! You're going to be a pro before we know it!
Kathy, you and Keith looked really cute on the dance floor! I also watched the Whitegrass video on the laptop and it's awesome. Can't wait to go back, I really like that place.

Nathan, so glad you guys had a blasty blast! And SNOW!!! Jim & I want to go up before Spring too.

Sat. night (and Sun. morning) was great! Diego's sister, Luz joined us too. Kathy & Keith DID look good on the dance floor. Yarn will be playing at the Purple Fiddle in Aug. Don't know when they will come close to Richmond in the near future. Their schedule is showing NY, CT, and PA.

Iguana Bite......that's all I have to say about the dancing.
I had another great time.
Thanks Kathy and Vickie for the dinner. It was great meal and a pleasant surprise.
Carolyn (aka Den Mother) and Jim, thanks for hosting another great FOJ adventure.
Good job to all getting Luz out there. She is a real hoot like the rest of us.
Looking forward to seeing more of everyone perhaps at the 1st Fridays outing.
