Hello from Germany

I finally arrived in Frankfurt 6:15 am (German time) this morning. After an issue with suitcases, we got on the road and made it to Chirs and Tom's place at 10:15 am. Chris and I had a little snack and I was so exhausted I went to bed for a 3hr nap... The weather is not too too bad so we are now on the balcony overlooking the gorgeous yard of the landlords. Esther, you would love it!
Here are my first pictures :) I think that if it doesn't rain tomorrow, Chris and I will go to Cologne. Tom has to work till 2 or 3 pm I believe.
Miss you all!

I am also glad you made it there safely!!! For us to be convinced you are really there you must post a picture of yourself next to something we can confirm as being in Germany. You must do this as you travel along to each place....kinda like the gnomes that show up everywhere....otherwise we might think you are hiding out in Va. Beach getting a break from FOJ.

LOL Jimmy, you'll have to trust my word... I wouldn't want a break from FOJ anyways if I was still in VA Beach :)
Since we'll be going downtown Cologne soon, I'll take pictures of the dome, that will have to do!

Yes, but do they have Dove chocolate in Germany?! I think not.

Be safe, girl.

Yes, glad you arrived safely! I was a little worried about Bertha being out in the Atlantic while you flew over. From the pics you posted, it looks beautiful there. Have a great time! Thanks for posting pics as you go; it feels like we are there with you!

Now why did you post those pictures of the tidy flower beds?!! Now I am put to shame again, since Esther's and Rick's, and have to allot more weeding time in New Kent! Whew!

Good to hear from you, Gal. Have fun!
