If I'm not mistaken, Frank has signed prints of the first two of these. He met Andrew Wyeth several times. I met him once with an art group who toured his studio in Chadds Ford, PA. He seemed to be a gentle and humble man.

That's great that you got to meet him too Carolyn! His Helga pictures were the first artworks that made me want to go into the arts. They have a kinda of sadness about them?
I think the Helga pictures are intriguing! I would love to see them in person. I think they have all been purchased by someone out of the States- aren't there over 100 of them? I wonder if a relative of hers purchased them. I think they do a tour. I hope to see it some day. I agree that there is definitely a sad emotion in them.
