Thank you Kathy for the cherries! Here's what I made with them! A Crostata... Straight out of the oven and still bubbling! Don't ask... I picked the most difficult, time consuming recipe I could find on the web... It took me for EVER to get it done but it smells really good in the house... Hopefully it tastes the same... I'll tell you tomorrow!

I pitted mine and froze them. Did not know when I will have time to make anything.
Went to an office event last night - sort of. Felt more like a party than a P.R. mission for ITI. Saw Bill Rice and my cousin Coral Lee. We knew Bill would be there but had no idea my cousin knew this local TV producer.
Thanks Kathy and Carolyn! I should have waited to make it but I didn't want the cherries to go bad. It's 1/2 gone already... My sis and brother-in-law got to try it tonight :)
