So my friends Tom & Chris arrived on Friday from Germany, after almost 2 years. Tom was stationed here with Nato and lived in Virginia Beach for 3 years. I am very happy to welcome them back for a vacation and we enjoyed having breakfast outside on the patio this week-end. Then today, Michele and I went to Bubbas for lunch and good thing I had my camera to catch the moment, even though she did everything she could not to be on the picture... See a pattern here maybe among Web Designers? Anyhow... cheers and hope to see you soon,

Wow! These pictures remind me of my fabulous birthday hoe down at Vickie's place last year. And there's Bubba's, my favorite restaurant at the beach! So glad the warmer weather has arrived, and it's time to hit the beach. Tell your friends hello, Vickie, and I hope we can meet some time. Enjoy!

Thanks much Carolyn & Jimmy, I just got your fun card today! Well so far, 2008 has been shitty enough to me so I hope it's changing for the best. I do see the positive still because I have plenty of wonderful friends around! Thank you again Wayne & Susan too for everything, you spoil me too much.
Can't wait to get some fun time with you all. Actually, I'm thinking of taking Tom & Chris to the CL concert coming up in Richmond! That'd be something different for them to do!

We're definitely doing the Carbon Leaf concert Friday the 16th. You know you have places to stay! I hope you come up.
Yeah I talked to them about it but they were not very receptive so I don't know. I'd really love to see them though... I'll find out at the last minute most probably but I'll give you a buzz next Thursday to let you know!
