This Saturday I am heading for Farmville to shop for my first very own Kayak. Spring has sprung and can't waite until the first FOJ's afloat adventure to decide what to do. I have never been there so if you have any tips of things to see along the way drop me a line.

Hey Keith--funny thing, Jeni and I are going there tomorrow afternoon. It's a great store--went there with Nate last year to get his boat, and they have a huge selection, huge warehouse, and their staff is super helpful. Farmville is not exactly a booming metropolis, but there's a Spanky's there, I think...

You will get the best deal there! I have bought all three of my boats from them! They are THE best for deals! The river companies look to them to see what people want and are buying. They basically are building boats based on what people want from that very store! Go there and sit in every boat 3 times! it is a lifetime investment! They don't mind dragging the boats out for you! You should go with Hudson-take a day off! she knows how to wheel and deal there!!-- good choice for a boat purchase!
