So we had a blast as Kathy said, working and hanging out. I hope you are resting that knee today Jay! Well here are a few additional pics, and a short video... Enjoy! ~ Vickie ~
Y'all are so awesome!!! It looks like we really missed another FOJ good time. The house looks beautiful--well done! I wish Jeni and I could've been there--especially for the MB famous fare and good FOJ company. Nate and co. had the siding covered! In fact, I think we should all quit our jobs and start a contracting company...We could call it "Finer Than Frog Hair Framing and Finishing, Inc."
LOL sounds like a plan Hudson, between all members of the group, everything in a business is covered! Not sure about the name though, very creative but on a marketing pt of view, it may have some negative image associations that could hurt the business... LOL
What a great time we all had! As Hudson always says..."A day on not a day off" We got alot done especially the pain in the butt J-channel on the trim nightmare side. Jay was worried we all would get drunk at lunch and start dropping off like flies but we all hung in there! It was on like Donkey Kong!!! Keith, Thanks for taking care of "Vertigo Boy" on that back window... It was a Blasty Blasty Blast!
Alright, Hudson, Jim & I are in on the contracting company! Carly's boyfriend, Jason, is really good at building too. We are a little early with this, but I am serious. Let's think about it. After Lauren gets out of VCU and Jim & I sell New Kent house, we want a big change. Finer Than Frog Hair Framing & Finishing, Inc. might just be what the doctor ordered!
Nathan, what are you doing about FloydFest? Anybody else? Nick in NC and his girlfriend are not going - they're going to Nova Scotia this summer. Jim & I are on the fence. The price just went up $20. since yesterday. We need to decide.
This is Mary beth using Billy to make my first post!!!!
"Thank you everyone for all your hard work and kindness. the house looks great and lots of progress was made. It was so generous of ya'll to take time out of your busy lives to help me. A special thanks to Mr. Arizona for being the catalyst. I truly appreciate and love everyone and look forward to the coming year of FOJ gatherings. I've landed two siding jobs down the street for next weekend. If it works out, we'll each get a case of beer at the end of it. See you there!" Jay

Looks like a great time - sorry we missed it. All it needs is an American Flag.
