OK, visited with Jay this afternoon and took some photos while he was doing some of his therapy stretches. Believe me he's working hard at it and it is pretty painful to see him dealing with the pain (think Joe Cocker singing) but he's sticking with it and maintains a positive attitude.
The sill still needs work so that may be an issue on that end of the house. There's still some walls that need both sheathing and tyvek and as said before the dormers haven't been touched. There is a fair amount of straight runs with just windows to deal with so good time could be made on a lot of the job.

Thanks Billy! Evidently I am being "schooled" on Vinyl the weekend before Jay's at Hudson's. So hopefully I can be of some help by then? You are right about those straight runs! That will make the bulk of it go up nicely. I'll bring my nail guns in case we have to do those sill repairs/replacements. I think will have fun F@#*ing up Jay's house! :)
